My name is Red. I am around 3 years old (Aug 2022) and am a mixed mutt type of gal. I am a very good-looking gal.

When I first came to Pets Return Home as a stray after giving birth to a litter no one ever found, I was so terrified of people. At the same time, a motherless litter came into Pets Return Home, and Mark, the pack leader here, paired me up with the puppies. It really made me happy to raise them from 4 weeks until 12 weeks.

I am now not terrified of people. I am still a bit cautious, but approach new people for treats and pets. With a loving family, I will provide years of loyalty, family fun, and most of all love for all of you. I am friendly with people, kids, and dogs. I am nurturing, come when called, listen well, and will lay by myself all day if necessary – inside or out.

All dogs/puppies receive 12 weeks of behavior therapy and assessment, necessary medical treatment, rabies and core vaccinations, parasite prevention, a microchip with free lifetime registration, and lifetime behavior support. Your new companion will have current behavior and medical history. DNA results are included with puppies and are optional for adult dogs (added fee).

Pets Return Home saves unadoptable, abandoned, neglected, and abused homeless dogs. We are a NO-KILL shelter staffed by volunteers. PRH provides shelter, behavior/medical rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary for all our dogs.
