My story

Duke is a sweet, young boy who was rescued from Texas and brought to Gloucester, MA. We adopted Duke looking forward to him and our other lab spending time together, playing. Duke has shown us that he has specific needs that we are unable to meet right now. He has a higher level of anxiety than most dogs due to not having typical experiences as a puppy.
He responds to having a calm, consistent environment in which he can curl up and snuggle with his owner. Due to the busyness of our lives right now and the commotion within our house, Duke finds it hard to relax.
We are looking for a home where Duke can be with his owner and the environment is calm. He loves to snuggle and yes, we do let him sleep with us because he is his happiest when he is with his people.
