My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Bailey but I don't know it very well yet.. They think I may be approx. 4-5 years old and weigh about 30 lbs. I may be an aussie/sheltie mx. My foster mom says I am the best house guest ever; as I am quiet and reserved. I am just learning what my crate is and that I I'm safe and warm when I'm in it. I have not spent much time in the house until 2 weeks ago. I didn't know what stairs were or what grooming was but I am learning very quickly. I get along with all other dogs and cats however I think I would do best with no small children as quick movements and loud noises still startle me sometimes. I walk well on a leash I don't pull and I potty outside every time. I don't know what toys or chewies are but I am finding I really like treats and chew sticks. We visit the neighbors every night and I am warming up to men quickly by turning my rear so that they can scratch me. I lay with my front legs crossed like a perfect gentleman and enjoy sunning on the porch. My foster mom thinks I have a lot of sheltie in me because of the way I move and my temperament. I come a little bit out of my shell everyday and I'm starting to really trust people but I will take someone with some patience. I am learning to do dog things and be a part of a pack. I am hoping someone will fall in love with my sweet floofy face and give me my forever home that I deserve!
