My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dylan is a laid back guy, who likes people, long walks and belly rubs!

Dylan was dropped into our lap (almost literally) when a woman knocked on our shelter door thinking we were a vet clinic. She asked us to euthanize her 12 year old dog as he had several health issues. When we saw that small, shivering pup, we knew we couldn't let this happen. She surrendered him to us and we promptly got him into vet care.

Poor Dylan had teeth and eye issues that required surgery, so he could live out his golden years pain free. He is now fully recovered and patiently waiting for his new forever family to adopt him. Dylan is perky and loves his walks in the neighborhood. His legs can be shaky at times, but he is in overall good health for a senior boy.

Dylan likes company and gets sad when he's left alone. For that reason, we believe someone who's retired or works from home would be the best match for him.
