This wondering man is Weary Wil! Willie was found near SDSU campus, just bumming around. This guy is around 1 1/2 years old and is super friendly with people. We haven't introduced him to dogs or other cats yet so we're not sure if he'd like to be your one and only, or live with other animals. Weary Wil is FIV+ but that just means he has a compromised immune system and its important to stay on top of regular veterinary care and keep him fully indoors so his exposure to danger is minimized. All adoptions are by appointment only at this time. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet our available cats and adopt.
Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
