My name is Roger!

I'm Roger, the boy with the cutest ears! I guess the shelter is where I'll wait until you meet me for my audition to "WOW" you! I am 2 yrs. old, so young, so handsome! So ready to be adopted and call you my forever family! I love being out in the sunshine and sunbathing on my bed. Imagine this; it's summer- we are sitting poolside, water bowls next to us; ahh! What a life we can lead! So, let me not get too far ahead of myself, I do have some requests. I need an adult only home, as in no kids. Here is why I am cautious when meeting new people; so, it's going to take me a little bit to decide I can trust you. I first met humans after being adopted from another facility, the people who were supposed to be my forever people - ditched me and that is how I ended up here. You can understand why I'm a bit hesitant. I know some basic cues like, "Sit" and "stay." I need slow introductions when meeting other dogs. Honestly, a submissive/calm dog would be better for my vibe. Ohhh!! I can't wait to meet you!!
