My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chase was an adopted from a man with very vague details. We felt it was best to get him out of that situation. He has been a member of our household for a few years. With age, some behavior issues have magnified. He has always been protective around other dogs. He has also shown signs of toy aggression and resource guarding of high value treats. Recently he snapped at one of our children when they attempted to pet him while he had a bone. Our older kids can understand when it is safe or not. We also have younger children, they may not be able to. We have kept the kids and dogs separate for the most part, but we feel he deserves a household were he is free to roam the whole house instead of only a portion. He is fully house trained and does good when left alone. He is good with adults but should be introduced in a controlled environment.
