Here's what the humans have to say about me:
this is a courtesy post: If you are interested in Zodi, please contact Bobby 319-512-5212
It's with a heavy heart that we're looking for a new, relaxing home for our very good, special needs pup Zodi. If you've seen Zodi around the neighborhood, you'll already know how happy, sweet, and friendly he is. However, with our 18-month old tearing around the house - and with another one soon on the way - we're no longer providing Zodi with the calm environment he needs to thrive.
As mentioned, Zodi is special needs. He has a history of seizures, and during our time with him, we've worked hard to find the right medications to keep his seizures under control! He takes medication daily, which has helped him go months and months without a single episode. However we want anyone who may be interested in Zodi to fully understand that he needs his meds daily, and even then, he will eventually have a seizure while in your care.
Zodi is a great dog, and a wonderful companion. He is about nine years old, and other than the episodes I mentioned, he's in great health. He will want to join you for walks around the neighborhood and snuggles on the couch. He truly is a loving and loyal buddy. Zodi also does well with other dogs, and with children outside and socially. However, it would be best for Zodi to live in a home without children, based on our experience. Unfortunately (or fortunately, as the case may be), he'll want you all to himself.
If you're interested - or if you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out!
