Nala was picked up from a kill shelter due where she was due to go down 4/22/10. We picked her up, gave her the first round of puppy shots, wormed her and gave her a nice warm bed with toys for her own. She is a very loving playful little girl about 13-14 weeks old. A gorgeous little girl who loves attention. Nala is very eager to please and is walking well on her leash. She is doing great on her crate training and going potty outside! She needs a loving home with lots of attention and play time so she can enjoy just being a puppy! Have you ever seen Lion King... well this lil pup got her name from Nala on Lion King... she loves to pounce and play with the other pups... and the line "Pinned ya again" comes to mind when she is playing with her furry friends....lol... she pounces on them, pins them down then looks around soooo proud of her accomplishment! It's adorable! Thus her name Nala!
A.W.O.L. Rescue is located on the outskirts of Dallas Texas. The dogs/puppies were pulled from shelters in surrounding areas that were due to be euthanized had we not taken them in. It is our mission to place all of our ‘rescues’ with sound, loving homes. There will be an adoption application which must be completed and approved before adoptions are final. All of A.W.O.L’s rescues are fully vetted before adoptions. All dogs/puppies will be current on shots, worming and will be spayed/neutered before going to their forever homes.
