My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tito has had a rough life. He was found abandoned in a crate inside a home, covered in his own filth and underweight. He was not alone in this, some of you may remember Angel who had to be rushed to the emergency clinic because she had a deceased pup stuck. Angel has since found her forever home, but Tito has not been as fortunate. Tito is still waiting for someone to give him a home. Tito was extremely on edge and defensive when he was found, which is understandable considering what he went through.

Looking at him today, you'd never know what he had to endure. And while we have cleaned him up and gotten him to a perfect weight, some things take longer to heal. Tito has stranger danger. This simply means he doesn't trust people he doesn't know and he makes it clear. Considering what people have done to him in the past, who can blame him for having his guard up? Once he is won over, he is truly a big baby. He is so sweet and full of life.

Tito is estimated to be around 6 years old. He knows basic commands. He can be selective with other dogs but the dogs he does like, he loves. He plays well with them, walks well with them, and respects their boundaries. Tito loves to play off leash in our play yard. Tito is also a big fan of hugs and cuddles.
