Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We adopted Truffle, a Dachshund-Labrador mix (we think) from a pet shelter early 2018 when he was around 6 months old (he’s 5.5 years now). Truffle is an incredibly sweet dog with a never-ending appetite. Very food motivated and will do tricks as long as there are treats involved. His personality is curious, loving, and excitable.
Truffle loves constant attention and petting, but does not like being picked up. He enjoys cuddling on the bed/sofa (whenever we let him on). Truffle loves to run/chase/be chased and is very fast. He plays well with other dogs. Larger dogs tend to ignore him but he wants to hang out with them anyway.
The situation in our household has changed (new child) and unfortunately we are no longer able to give Truffle the full attention he deserves. We are looking for a new owner who loves dogs very much, is able to dedicate a lot of time to him, can walk him often, and ideally has a large fenced yard for Truffle to play in.
