My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Momo is shy but doing well in foster and they are working on gaining her trust. She's not super confident with being approached for pets but once she allows them she really enjoys being petted. She loves playing with feather wands and fishing poles and all the other toys. She adores the other cats and they have really helped her come out of her shell. She plays with them constantly.

She is not into being picked up or held yet and won't approach for affection so her fosters are working on that. She loves treats and dry, but she will not willingly eat wet food. She loves to 'talk' and she does check in a lot to make sure people are around so it's clear she likes the presence of humans, she's just still figuring out if she can completely trust them or not. She's such a sweet girl and definitely needs to be in a house with other cats and someone willing to have patience.

More about this rescue

Puppy Kitty NYC was founded in the Fall of 2014. As of July 2018, we are an official 501(c)(3) organization. We focus on three aspects: First, finding homes for abandoned or friendly street cats and kittens. Secondly, attempting to control animal overpopulation by spaying and neutering feral cats and helping the sick and injured. Thirdly, fostering is a must.
