Luis is a shy and sensitive pup who is ready to join the loving family he deserves! He was rescued after being found drowning in a canal in Tijuana, and was incredibly undersocialized and fearful of people. With a lot of hard work from loving fosters and caretakers, he has blossomed into a playful and goofy lovebug who is an affectionate sweetheart once you've gained his trust! He loves other dogs and would benefit from a household with a confident larger dog to show him the ropes and help him warm up to the resident humans. He enjoys puzzle toys and squeaky toys. Once he knows you, he loves to get ear scritches and lounge on the couch next to you while you read or watch TV. He can't wait to meet the patient and dog savvy home that will go at his own pace and encourage him to continue blossoming. We can't wait to see him continue to progress!
