Meet Mama Grace (aka Lil Bit)
Who's looking for that little bit of sunshine for themselves?
Well your search is complete because I'm the one for you!
Let me introduce myself: my name is Lil Bit and I'm the piece of your heart you didn't know you were missing.
Months ago, I came to my foster home from the shelter with the name of Mariposa. I gave birth in the shelter on Thanksgiving day to my little family. Lucky Lab knew that was no place to raise a family, so they saved me a few days later and my foster named me Mama Grace. Could a dog ever be more grateful -- and full of grace.
My pups have grown up, flown the coop and are thriving in Lucky Lab homes of their own. Now it's time to find my forever home. I'm about two years old and weigh 40 pounds.
After a couple days in my foster home, my foster family started calling me Lil Bit. They said it's because I'm a little bit sassy (but a whole lotta heart!). I won over my foster mom the moment she put me in the car. But my foster dad, I won him over the night I hopped up in his lap on the recliner. I know I'm his favorite over the other two fur babies I share a house with. How could I not be?
I'm medium sized, now spayed and back to my girlish figure. I would love to go on walks with you and am working on my leash skills, which can still use some more work. I get along well with other dogs, stay in a crate when my family isn't home and sleep next to my foster mom and dad at night on a big 'ole dog pillow. But best of all, I'm a cuddler. Nothing makes me happier than being on my human's lap or right next to them.
