Roscoe is gorgeous and so so sweet! He is a little nervous in new situations with new people and dogs, but once he's had time to get comfortable, he's playful and wants to be right beside you! Roscoe has done well with the dogs that we have introduced him to, but we always recommend that you bring your dogs to meet him before adopting! Roscoe has been fully vetted and is ready to find his furever person!
