My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Currently located in: Northborough, MA
Adoptable in: ANYWHERE! (Transport available to most places!)
Good with dogs: Yes, he does require a slow introduction just like all dogs do!
Good with cats: Unknown
Good with kids: Yes, but as always adult supervision is always required when kids are present!
House trained: Yes! He will need time to adjust to your routine but he loves to please and is super smart!
Crate trained: No, but he is excellent left loose in the house, will watch you leave through the window and settles down for a nap!

Meet Santi!

Santi is about 3 years old and approximately 60 pounds of super sweet cuddle bug. He is not super needy though and can relax independently like when hanging out on the porch.

Santi was brought into a rural GA high kill shelter. He waited and waited for someone to claim him or adopt him, but nobody came. The shelter said his time was up, they were at capacity, the longest residents would be put to sleep. We will never know why Santi ended up at the shelter, but we just knew he was special and deserved a second chance.

Santi is good in his crate and does not seem to be reactive to other dogs. He knows a few basic commands like sit, stay and wait but will need some work on the leash. He does not seem to have any food aggression and is gentle when taking treats.

Santi is ready to be active with you and then ready to cuddle on the couch at the end of the day, sharing your popcorn and watching Netflix! So if you're not into dogs on the FURniture, he might not be the right guy for you!

If you think you are the right home for Santi, please apply to adopt here:

All of our animals are fully vetted before going to their furever homes. They are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, up to date on flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and microchipped!

The adoption fee is $500.

We do not accept deposits or the adoption fee until you have your new fur-members.

Please Note: All animals are posted until they are officially adopted. This animal may have other interested adopters in line.

We are very quick to respond and process applications! You will be required to provide 2 non family personal references, a home video tour and a vet reference if you’ve previously had animals. Please feel free to send video to our email or facebook upon submitting an application, this lets us know you are serious and ready but also helps us to get you approved quickly. We will text and or call upon receiving your application to schedule a phone interview.

You must be an approved adopter in order to go on meet and greets. This saves everyone’s time- especially our gracious foster families! This also allows for you to take the animals home from the meet and greet if you so choose.

Interested in fostering? We would love to have you join our family! Fill out the same application above- we have our fosters go through the same process as adopters!
