HARLEQUIN (Harley) is a 3 year old Cane Corso who had a tough beginning in life. The home she was living in was condemned, and her owner moved out, but left Harley there by herself for a year. Although she returned to feed her, Harley was locked in the house. In spite of this, Harley is a remarkable dog! She remains housebroken and has good house manners. Harley is protective of her food and high dollar treats and will guard her house as is typical of the breed. She is not good with children because the neighbor kids teased her and threw rocks at the windows but she is wonderful when meeting adult strangers out on a walk. Harley is a wonderful copilot and travels well. She walks well on a leash, although we do use a prong collar because she outweighs some of our volunteers. Looking for a family with breed experience. Harley would do best as an only dog so that she can soak up all your love! Not compatible with cats.
