Here's what the humans have to say about me:
In September, I took in a stray cat that came to my door and wanted to come inside. As the story goes, I only realized she was pregnant after I decided to keep her, and a month later she gave birth to six gorgeous kittens that stole the hearts of anyone who laid eyes on them. Hecate (pronounced heck-a-tay) was one of those kittens.
As a cat parent, you aren’t supposed to choose favorites, but it was very clear from the moment she arrived that she was the prettiest of the bunch. Her tortoiseshell coloring is unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and her gentle disposition makes her all that more pleasant to be around. She gets along swimmingly with children and other cats, and while she can be a little shy, she is as sweet as can be once she gets to know you.
Hecate is four months old and has grown up around her brothers and sisters, so I’m looking for a home where Hecate will be around other cats and will have someone to play with. Other than that, as long as she’s loved, I’m happy.
