My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rugar is a happy, sweet boy looking to be the only dog or in a home with one calm dog. He has been reactive towards a family members dog and my male dog over the last few weeks. He also has had issues with my one cat when we first brought him home. I adopted him from a family with the intention of keeping him. Upon bringing him home it was obvious he was abused, he cowers and pees if he thinks he is in trouble. He has gotten better with that but still needs work with getting his confidence up. I think that is where the issues stem with other dogs. He is very reserved with strangers and takes a bit to warm up to me. He also had an injury on his one back leg that was cleaned up by a vet and still healing. He really needs the time and commitment put into him that I am unable to give. Please help this boy get a loving forever home, so I do not have to resort to shelters. I do not want to, but for safety reasons of my dogs, I may have to.
