Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mia is a 9 month old black Labrador retriever / German shepherd mix.
She had a full month of obedience training while boarded at a local academy and responds to commands such as: "come", "sit", "wait", "stay", "heel", "leave it".... She was deemed suitable for follow-on training to become a service dog. Her vaccination records are up to date and available.
She is: smart, cute, playful, spunky, loving, loyal, bratty (but in a good way), sweet, fast, big, a practical joker and a lovely companion. Mia is happiest when she is off leash leaping into the air in heaps of fallen leaves in the forest or chasing thrown sticks or toys in order to play fetch and tug-of-war. She is full of energy and very much still a puppy.
She loves other dogs and is not aggressive around them. She is thoughtful about how big she is with little dogs and tones down her horseplay with them. If she has to be boarded, she does not complain but would rather roam free and be interactive rather than alone.
