My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henry is a sweet dog (18lb) who is smart, playful and loyal. He is a Yorker/terrier mix so with that breed he does require daily walks or play outside. He isn’t destructive when left alone. Loves to play with other dogs but can sometimes become a “bully” when he feels the need to be boss, but he has never got in a fight. Knows commands, sit, stay, come, rollover and is food motivated for rewards. Is easily trainable and loves the motivation.
He’s never been around cats so I would not place him with cats. He does have leash reactivity when he sees other dogs but consistent training (currently working with him) he can overcome his triggers. He loves people and would most likely be fine with kids as long as kids don’t show fear around him. He has lived with my husband and me for 8 yrs. He is a great little dog but I just had a grandchild and my husband and I will be traveling a lot and cannot spend the quality time with him. As hard as this is, I’m hoping a loving person will adopt him.
