My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Luna. I just came from Puerto Rico and I’m still getting used to the cold weather here. I will have a birthday soon and wish I had a home. I lived on the streets of Puerto Rico trying to find food and survive. When they found me I was deathly ill. I had eaten a dead carcass that had botulism and I became paralyzed. It took a lot of time and care to return me to health. Now second chance saved me and I get fed fresh wholesome food every day.
I’m very playful and loving. I have a sweet personality I know my name. Please come and meet me and see what a great companion I could be.
Luna learned to sit. She's working on her down. Her recall is improving. She learned to walk well with me. She's very eager to meet people, is motivated, and is very affectionate

You will be requested to do a virtual home tour starting at your address and ending withe your back yard perimeter if there is one.

Interview

We contact 2 references plus a Veterinarian.

Meet the Pet

Once approved, we conduct a meet & greet to make sure it's a good fit for both of you. This usually takes an hour.
