My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It is so hard not to fall in love with Joey. He is tall, handsome, and has the most amazing personality to match. He is estimated at just under 4 years old, and always loves a good conversation. This chatty boy has a go-with-the-flow personality - he’ll be happy doing whatever you’re doing.

Joey has a heart of gold. He is so incredibly sweet, loves to please and responds very well to verbal commands and correction. If he likes you, he’ll give you a little kiss every now and then. He really wants to bond with his person and be wherever you are.

He would love to be your adventure buddy and walks very well on a leash. He shows no reaction to cars, dogs, people, skateboarders, runners or bikers passing by. Joey is amazing with other dogs and does a cute little paw dance to show he wants to play. He is submissive, and loves to play and wrestle on his back. He truly wants nothing more than to be everyone’s best friend. How can you not fall in love with those big blue eyes of his?

Joey would love a forever home with a secure, fenced backyard to run around in and even another dog to keep him company. He would love someone who wants to teach him new things, as he is very smart and learns quickly. He is very treat-motivated.

Joey is up-to-date on all vaccinations, neutered and microchipped! He is currently being fostered in Roseburg, OR.
