Welcome Toby to the FHL Family. He comes to us from Rowan County Animal Shelter as a stray. Toby is a 7 month old, 30 lb, Shepherd mix. He has had his first set of shots and is microchipped.

Toby will need a patient person to show him that people aren't bad. He is about 7 months old, is beautiful, and is eager to come when called. He is crate trained and lets you know when he has to potty. While he trusts his foster mom, that came after months of work and is still hesitant on trusting new people so he will need to have a patient adopter to welcome him into their new home.
