My name is Kris!

Like a creme-filled glazed doughnut, I am a bit 'crunchy' on the outside with a delicious, irresistible center. Meaning, when outdoors, I can be a bit distracted and not a fan of all dogs and, therefore, overlooked by potential adopters and fosters. Unfortunately, these same people don't get to see my delightful, delectable indoor qualities. Specifically, as confirmed by my previous foster, I have impeccable house manners - that is, not destructive, calm, and housebroken. In addition, I am very affectionate, like to snuggle, and just want to snooze on a giant bed. And, importantly, I am good with cats. These adorable photos say it all!

I have been with HART since February 2023 - much too long for a sweet doughnut like me to not be gobbled up by a wonderful family. Also, as I enter my senior years, living in a kennel is not what I envisioned - particularly as the colder weather approaches.
