Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We adopted a new puppy while on our parental leave for the birth of our newborn.Thinking having the time off we could rip the bandaid and have a puppy as well. Our 10 year old Siberian Husky has cancer & we wanted another campion for our Sheltie who will be devastated when he passes. We selected this mix of German Shepherd, Malamute, and Husky because we wanted a larger fluffy dog, and have a lot of experience with those breeds. Bjorn is the definition of those working class dogs. He is incredibly loving & loyal after he warms up to you. He can be shy at first with new places and people, but after a few moments will cover you in kisses and cuddles. Bjorn came to us with some issues with separation that have been loud and challenging with a newborn. He does not like being crated and will do best in an active home with a tall fence where he doesn’t have to be crated. He knows sit, down, no, off and is partly potty trained. He is scared of doorways so we use food encouragement.
