My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, My name is Pete and I am a sweet, playful boy! I am good using a doggie door for potty. I prefer being an inside dog with my people, but am ok being an outside dog with a shelter. I can get rough with some submissive dogs, but like to play with bigger dogs. I am good with older kids. If you would like to meet me, please go to Adoption fee negotiable for a good home. Thanks!

More about this rescue

Pet Adoption and Wellness Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, and trainers, we are able to rescue animals, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully-screened forever homes. We also serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.
