Roxy is a spayed female kitten, probably born in 2022. She had a rough winter before arriving at rescue, and as a result, has lost both of her ears to frostbite, leaving her with a little polar bear look. She's small and quite shy with humans, although she does seem to be happier with cat friends around her. She's in a room with very good kitty role models, so hopefully they will help too, showing her that pets and attention are good things in life. At this point, Roxy needs a calm, quiet home with patient people.
Update: Roxy is 100% more confident in her room. She is approaching us and rubbing/bumping to get pets. She's still not excited about being picked up and carried, but will hop up and sit with us. Noises still scare her and she'll hop down, but if things stay calm, she's very happy to keep us company and get her share of the pets.
