My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Bailey came to us through an acquaintance of my husband. She was found on the side of the road as a small puppy. A young lady came across her and wanted her to keep so she picked her up and took her home. Apparently she worked long hours and didn't have time for Bailey and Bailey was left alone for most of the day. Eventually she was left at the young lady's fathers house. He had large dogs and couldn't keep her. She was covered with fleas and very skittish. My thoughts are that she was neglected. She's very sweet but it takes her a minute to trust people. I took her to my vet where they thought she was about 1 year old in January. She has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on all vaccinations. She is a mix of mini Australian Shepherd and full size Australian Shepherd. She needs a lot of one on one attention. She is very energetic and loves to play. She can get along with other animals but is very jealous and would be better as the only dog.
