Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We do not always get backstories on our doggos, but when we do, sometimes they can sure make your head shake. Claudia was abandoned by her owners, and she has been roaming her neighborhood for two years. Recently a resident said she was out walking and two Chihuahuas approached and nipped her ankles. Animal control was called and only Claudia was found, and she was taken to the county shelter. Home Fur Good really felt for Claudia and decided to bust her out and help her find a loving forever home. Claudia weighs a whole six pounds, she is a Chihuahua mix, and it is estimated that she is 10 years old. Claudia has been a perfect guest so far, choosing to sit quietly and watch her surroundings. She tries to be a wallflower and avoid your arms, but once you pick her up, she settles right in and happily nestles up. The adoption fee is $150 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment.
