Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lacy is a 10-year old very easy going and loving dog. She is a great listener with a big heart who will never turn down the chance to cuddle. She has a very quirky personality and isn't afraid to be dramatic.
She knows and obeys the basic commands, plus a bonus command, "Bed." When hearing this, Lacy will head to her crate or nearest dog bed to relax. She is very well house-trained and is silently communicative (ie, intense eye contact) when she needs to go outside to relieve herself.
Lacy generally struggles to be around other dogs and cats. We avoid dog parks as she often interprets dog play as aggression, causing her to get involved and nip in an effort to make peace. She is uncomfortable around young children who do not yet understand how to be gentle.
We love Lacy, but our life is getting too busy to provide her with the attention she deserves. She does get separation anxiety, so someone who spends a lot of time at home would be preferred.
