My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rio, the vibrant and lovable pit mix residing at Heritage Humane Society. This energetic canine is five years old and exudes a zest for life that is simply contagious. Rio's boundless enthusiasm is sure to bring a smile to your face and brighten up even the dullest of days.

Rio's signature move is the famous "zoomies." Watch in awe as he darts around the yard, joyfully expressing his exuberance through playful sprints, leaps and rolls. His lively antics are guaranteed to keep you entertained and on your toes.

When it comes to walks, Rio is an excellent companion. He walks well on a leash, eagerly exploring his surroundings. However, be prepared to allow him some time for his curious nature to kick in as he stops to sniff everything along the way. Rio believes that every scent has a story to tell, and he's determined to uncover each one.

With his striking black and white coat, Rio is truly a sight to behold. His distinctive markings add to his charm, making him a standout in any crowd. While he may be a little chunky, his extra love handles only add to his huggability factor.

If you're searching for a dog that brings an abundance of energy, playfulness, and a zest for life, look no further than Rio. Swing by the Heritage Humane Society today to meet this bouncy bundle of joy and find out why he's the perfect match for your home and heart.
