📌He’s slow to warm up but he will eventually let you give him small belly rubs and boop him on the nose. He loves scratches and massages when his arms are stretched out in a yoga pose. He was very close to his human mom, who is a student and cannot keep him.
I fostered him for many months, and he really is a good cat inside that still can’t understand why he can’t be with his original family. He does not like being held but you can eventually pick him up to move him short distances if you need to. He loves to sit and sleep near you. His cute, weird habit is that he likes to take long sniffs of your hair at first to learn your scent, and he can cat talk to let you know if he needs attention!
Since he was an only cat all of his life, he seems to really yearn to play a lot. He will most likely be ok with another cat around his age who loves to play as much as he does but he is also ok as an only pet. He needs a private room to help him feel safe for the first few weeks before he opens up. As with any new pet in a new environment, he will need someone patient enough to give him a few months to fully decompress. The ideal home would also not have dogs or small children, and will have at least one experienced female cat caretaker. I called him Reign-bow, which he seemed to recognize better than his original name.
