My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss Jalapeno is just the most loving little pup. She is just as happy giving cuddles as she is playing with the young child and other dogs in her foster home. This sweet girl had a rougher start as she was hit by a car and sustained injuries to her hind end. Soon after arriving, the rescue had x rays done and they are currently waiting for a specialist to review. Don't let this info deter you though, she is able to live a wonderful and active life and is one of the happiest girls you could meet. Her favorite things include snuggles, treats, playing with her foster family and swiping stuffed animals from the 5 year old girl in the home. Because we will be monitoring her injuries for a while, a foster to adopt situation would be ideal in this girls case. Apply online at www.lolasrescue.com

All adoptions require an approved application. The approval process includes but is not limited to reference checks, housing verification which may include home visits, personal ID verification, and veterinary references. Once this process is complete adopter must agree to and sign our adoption agreement contract insuring the best interest and care of the animal will always be priority. Every adoption is a case by case basis to ensure we match each dog with the most compatible home for its needs.
Our fees are determined by an average cost of care to transport, provide medical care, feed, and supply needed items and services to each of our rescue animals.
Our adoption fees range from $205 to $415 based on the age of the animal.

L.O.L.A.'S Rescue is a foster based, 501c3, non-profit, PACFA Licensed, no-kill rescue. We specialize in the rescue and rehabilitation mostly of large and giant breed dogs.

It is our hope to save as many adoptable dogs as possible from uncertain futures, and find them forever, loving homes. Our dogs come from all situations, from families that can no longer keep them, strays, to shelter dogs that are on the euthanasia lists at high kill shelters around the country.

Our rescue is run solely on the help from our dedicated fosters, volunteers, and donations. We are always searching for new amazing fosters and volunteers to help us expand our mission and do even more amazing life saving work in the future.
