My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Norma Jean and I'm a mini rex/mini lop mix! I have extra big ears that never "flopped" and my coat is silky and soft! I'm a very pretty girl 😊. My favorite things are my cardboard boxes to hide in and chew on, being chased by my best friend Joaquin, my free roaming time (I love to explore!) and my treats. I LOVE apples, bananas, carrots, brussel sprouts, and my nightly greens. My human has been giving me fresh greens and carrot tops from the garden - they are so yummy! Like most rabbits I don't like to be picked up very much, but I love getting my head-rubbies and sometimes I would jump on my human when she was napping on the couch, haha! My human says that I have a funny personality - I know my name and I know when it's "salad" time at night. I'm a little shy, but if you give me some time, my personality will shine through! I'm bonded to my best friend, Joaquin, and love to play with him in our x-pen and to snuggle up under his chin for naps.

Hello, my name is Joaquin, but my human likes to call my Big Boy! That's because I am a big boy! I'm a standard domestic rabbit with spots like my best friend, Norma Jean. I'm a shy guy and like most rabbits don't enjoy being picked up, but I'll come running when I hear my favorite treat being opened up - dried banana chips! I love them so much and would eat them every day, but my human says that's not good for me and hurts my tummy (she's right!) My favorite things are taking naps with Norma Jean, chasing Norma Jean, my free roaming time, and chewing on my cardboard boxes. Even though I'm shy, when I get comfortable, I love to binky! My human thinks it's pretty funny since I'm a big guy, but I just can't help myself - I get so happy when I'm running! I'm more timid than my bondmate, Norma Jean. She's the leader and that's ok by me!
