Meet Winston, the sweetest, most charming boy ever! Winston is a year old, and he currently weighs 18.5 pounds. He is a West Highland White Terrier.

Our local animal shelter found a Winston roaming the streets in the rain and asked for The Fuzzy Pet Foundation's (TFPF) assistance when his owner refused to reclaim him. Winston was neglected -- he was scared, hungry, and infested with fleas.

After weeks of tender loving care, Winston is ready for a forever home. Our vets gave him a clean bill of health, and he got a nice haircut!

Winston is a friendly, loving sweetheart who deserves a warm home filled with love. He enjoys daily walks and cuddling with our volunteers. He is intelligent, fun, and lively! In true Terrier form, Winston barks at new sights and sounds, but he calms down in the presence of his caregivers. He loves to be held and carried around. He also likes to wrestle and play rough with other dogs but is never aggressive.

An ideal adopter is one who is nurturing and active with experience raising one or more Terriers.
