My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Obi is a great cat for whom I am seeking a great home. He is a well behaved male, approximately 6 years old. He has no litter issues nor scratching issues. He is not aggressive and has never disrupted my sleep at night. He is a wonderful, indoor lap cat that needs a relaxing home that provides attention and play.

A former roommate adopted Obi from a shelter, and later moved in with his fiancé who is allergic to cats, leaving him with me. The house that I rent has been sold and I have to move. I am moving states and cannot take him with me. I vowed that he will not return to a shelter, and I am making efforts to make sure that does not happen.

Obi is somewhat nervous and shy at first, but has shown that he will eventually warm up when he is comfortable. I do not want any compensation for adopting him; I want to ensure that he goes to a caring home. I don't know how he would fare with other animals in the house. All supplies and toys will come with him.
