Here's what the humans have to say about me:
How does a beautiful lady like Fife wind up on the euthanasia list at the county shelter? This world is full of crazy mysteries. Fife was found as a stray and taken to county. County has notes that she displayed fearful behaviors and this landed her on the dreaded e-list. She was given stats of being a 13-pound, seven-year-old Papillon and Australian Cattle Dog mix. We have found her to be an instant snuggle pup. Seven years old? MMMM, that is a maybe; she seems to have some decline in sight, hearing, teeth…you know, some older-lady issues. If you were a bit slower and thrown into a crazy shelter environment, you would be fearful too. Fife asks you to be gentle when you pick her up, but that should be a given when you scoop up a beautiful princess. It seems obvious that in another life she was very used to being held and being gorgeous arm candy. The adoption fee is $150 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment.
