Francesco is currently being boarded at a facility in Mexico. Not the ideal situation but at least he is still with us. Francesco deserves a better life. He doesn’t get much human interaction and is becoming more shy and introverted everyday. He still has that zest for life though and isn’t giving up! Our rescue facility is located in Tijuana. Once our rescues are ready for adoption, they are transported to our adoption events in San Diego. We are also in Puyallup, WA! When we are there, our adoption events take place at the PetSmart on 156th Street.
