Paco came back to us through no fault of his own. His owner was not able to take care of him any longer so he came back to us. Paco loves to talk to get your attention and loves giving you pets when you come to visit. He does take a bit of time to get used to you but once he does he is totally smitten and wants to follow you around forever. Paco is a sweetie who is just looking for a family to talk to forever.
