From his foster dad: "Meet my gorgeous foster boy Jake! - a charming 2 year old Lab X who is the perfect combination of fun-loving, adventurous, and affectionate! Also, who could resist that face? 😍 He is a typical young adult lab - active, social, sometimes naughty lol, and oh-so-smart! He thrives when he is engaged physically and mentally and enjoys doing zoomies on nature trails just as much as solving puzzle toys. He is very, VERY food motivated which makes training a lot of fun! His recall is excellent and after a very short time with long lead drills, he was off leash on the trails running and playing with his foster brother. It truly is a vision to see him run and boy is he fast! He understands and responds perfectly to heel, come, sit, down, stay, place and leave it. He LOVES to learn, and would be up for any other tricks or advanced training if that's something that his future family would love to engage him in too! Jakie is fully housetrained, doesnt have any separation anxiety, and is very calm in the house. He spends a large part of his day in my fenced-in yard and loves being outside patrolling his kingdom LOL. He’d do very well as an only dog, but would also thrive with a sibling. . Jake is a lovely boy with a LOT of love to give! He can't wait to have a family to call his own 🙂"
