My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nala’s former owner passed so she was brought to our rescue as the remaining family was not able to care for her. She came to us very skittish but is coming out of her shell and starting to show her wonderful and fun personality. She is in a foster home with older kids and dogs and although was initially terrified of the dogs has since relaxed and is calmer with all the dog noises and such. She is ok with being held and receiving pets but expects a treat as her reward. She has been brushed and cleaned up from the matting of her long lionhead fur around her face and neck and looking very beautiful. Although tan in color, both her front feet are white. She is not used to eating hay so it is a slow process on getting her to eat more hay daily. Although timid at first, Nala loves to explore her surroundings. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated against the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus, and litter box trained. Nala certainly deserves a loving and permanent family to call her own. Nala is 1 year old and weighs 4.7 lbs. She will probably put on another 1-1.5 lbs.
