Are you looking for your own couch potato to fill the cushion next to you while you binge your shows? How about a dance partner on kareoke nights? Fantastic news: Petunia fits the bill. The perfect alto, her symphonic snores will lull you to sleep. She is 10 yrs YOUNG! The embodiment of 'age is nothing but a number', and ready to prove it. She loves a game of fetch, is a water enthusiast, and prefers the booty scratches, over head scratches any day of the week. Petunia is being fostered in a household with other dogs, cats, a 10yr old and a baby. Bonus, she'll keep you company during long car rides. Petunia's perfect household will allow her to be the velcro pet that she was born to be. She had a rough start before coming to AFH, being found as a stray underweight and with two cherry eyes over a year ago. Now healthy and safe in a foster home, she is ready to prance off into the sunset with her forever family

We require an adoption application to be filled out, an interview with one of our volunteers (this can be done at the adoption event), a home visit is required prior to the animal going to their new home.
