Roscoe is a sweet little guy that just wants to cuddle. He and his sister were found on the side of the road in Raleigh, NC. He was taken to the vet and was given his flea and rabies shots and were said to have been very clean and almost 1 year old. With no success finding his original owner, we are looking for a special person to give Roscoe his forever home. For those who are interested we have already found his sister Lola a loving home. 😀
