My story

I’m Joanna! I’m the sweetest girl around. People are my favorite, especially kids. When you come through the door, I’ll shower you with love and kisses, but quickly settle back into my cozy spot on the couch.

I am a flexible pup who can adapt easily to different play styles with the right furry friends. I am selective of my friends and have preferred medium or large sized dogs with the proper meet and greets. Though sometimes I prefer to be by myself altogether and get all the attention myself. I like to fetch and have recently picked up tug of war as a new favorite playtime activity.

I won’t complain about a walk, especially if it leads to a big grassy park. When I get home, my family must be ready for some snoring. I’ll be pooped! Their adoption process

1.
Interview

We will do an over the phone or in person interview with our adoption counselor.

2.
Home Check

We will need a video of your home. We need to see the front numbers of your home, a quick inside walk through and a detailed backyard video.

3.
Meet the Pet

Meet and greets are done at events or at foster homes. These include all members of the family including all pets.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Adoption contract will be completed before dog is allowed to come home.

5.
Pay Fee

Adoption fee is range by the age of the dog.

6.
Take the Pet Home

Pets will only be taken home at our adoption events so all paperwork can be given.

Additional adoption info

If for any reason we see signs of the dog or puppy not doing well in the meet and greet we will remove them from the situation. Foster to adopt is available for many adult dogs.
