RESCUE STORY
While a rescuer was doing her regular stray feeding she saw Edward tied with a chain to a tree. He was screaming nonstop. It took 2 weeks for him to become normal and get over his trauma. He was 3.5 months old when he was found.
Character:
Playful but not hyper
If no one wants to play with him he just sits in his corner
Food motivated, no food aggression
No limit for his learning skills
He is getting better for his social skills with humans. Recently he gets pets from other people beside his rescuer
Edward is good with humans but he gained his confidence with other dogs’ existence at home
Usually responds to foster’s request or commands, such as sit, stay, come
Energy Level: Medium
Prey drive: None
Fears: Loud noises
He gets along with:
Dogs: All dogs
Cats: All cats
Kids: All children
Training: He easily takes the commands in Turkish and he is smart enough to adapt in English in a short time.
Potty training: He is fully potty trained. He either uses pee pads or waits for the park. Compared to the beginning he uses less pee pads and waits for going out.
Leash skills: He is good on the leash but on the first walk of the day because of his excitement he might pull a little until arriving at the park.
House trained: Even though he is a puppy he is not a chewer. He was raised in a home so he knows how to act in a home.
Health notes: No health issue. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped.
