Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This little guy seems to be between 6 months and one year old. Yeti looks like a miniature sheepdog with Australian Shepherd eyes. He is a healthy 20 to 25 lb. While visiting with a local shelter to play/socialize with the dogs in the shelter, a man came in stating that he wanted to get rid of his dog. The shelter was very clearly beyond capacity with 2 to 3 dogs per run, so they unfortunately had to decline the man. The man said that he IS getting rid of this dog TODAY. It is NOT coming home with him. We took Yeti so he wouldn't get abandoned, or worse.
Now, Yeti is constantly playing with our other two dogs and seems to be house trained. There is some difficulty getting his attention as he is deaf. He will play for as long as you would like to play, but when you're done playing he will sit in your lap if you throw a blanket on him. He's very friendly and wants to meet everyone he sees. He knows how to use a dog door, and just getting pretty good about learning which food bowl is his.
