My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am the magical Skunkaroos! I can be a bit shy and a bit scared in the beginning. Once I warm up to you, I can be found following you around from room to room like a puppy. I will take over your bed and sleep beside you or at your feet, or even on the floor beside the bed.

I am a bit on the large kitty size. I do not like to be held/carried. I enjoy being petted. And boy do I love sleeping on your bed.

Food - I enjoy having can food at dinner time. After being on my own for months outside, I love access to my dry food 24/7.

Dogs - I do NOT like dogs. I don't care what size, I do not like them. I will scratch and hiss, and then hide and stay away from them.

Other Cats - Please do not inquire about me as a companion for your cat as I tend to be more of a loaner. I am a bit cat selective. I have adjusted to letting a few of the younger kittens curl up near me but I still prefer to have my human to myself.

Kids - Not sure how I feel about kids. I do not like loud noises or chaotic household. Maybe kids 7 years or older only.

He is neutered, tested, vaccinated, and micro-chipped. His estimated birthdate is 7/26/2015 and his adoption fee is $100.

Living The Dream Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue that pulls animals from the euthanasia lists at various high kill shelters in Maricopa County and surrounding areas. Maricopa County has the highest euthanasia rate in Arizona. Additionally, we assist with public intake and hoarding situations. All animals are fostered in homes with loving families until adopted.
