Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Dixie! She has been in her foster home for less than two weeks and she has come a long way! Dixie is a little over 3 years old and was born on, 4/3/2020. She is being exposed to all of the normal family dog experiences of a loving household for the first time. This is her first time being in a house, in a kennel, being loved on, having a toy or even a bone to chew. She is being introduced to the concept of walks on a leash, and Dixie is slowly acclimating to being comfortable around different people and young children. She is doing very well! Her foster family is also teaching her to understand the kennel is a safe place. She gets along well with other dogs. Everything is a new experience for her. Once she is introduced to something new, she adjusts very well to the new norms in her life. She loves to have her ears rubbed and is slowly learning that life can be so good with a loving family.
