My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BamBam came to us after living chained up to a tree for years. This sweet little guy is being treated for IVDD. For a time, he had no use of his back legs. BamBam is now in a foster home that has extensive experience with his breed, and with paralyzed dogs. Under the care of an amazing veterinarian and his foster family, BamBam has regained use of his back legs and is able to walk and run again! He is still on medication, and is under the doctors care as he rebuilds strength, but he has bladder control and bowel control, and gets around amazingly well. He still needs a little help with stairs, and will most likely always walk a little differently, but we think it adds to his charm.

BamBam had major issues with his eyes when he came to us due to untreated eye infections, but that is now all cleared up and he has normal vision. He will require daily eye medication for the the rest of his life, but he is a very good boy for that, and doesn't give you any trouble.

BamBam loves the other dogs in his foster home, adores every person he meets, and can't get enough of his squeaky toys. This handsome little guy is ready to find his forever family!
